It was a freak gym accident. There are two cracks in the spinal area and the doctor has said that in six weeks, I should be back on my feet. Now just three weeks of that are left, and in another 12 weeks, I should go back to doing everything that I was doing before.”

According to recent rumors, actor and celebrity chef Ranveer Brar sustained a spine injury that would keep him out of commission for some time. He talks to us and updates us on his health. "Now I'm considerably better. There are two cracks in the spine area from the strange gym accident.

Only three weeks after the injury occurred, the news was released. Thus, the mending process is proceeding as planned. It was a strange mishap in the gym. According to the doctor, I should be able to walk again in six weeks despite having two cracks in my spine. There are just three weeks remaining of that, and I should return in another twelve weeks to carrying out all of my previous actions.

You don't even notice that you've gained five kg by the time you get out of bed when you're lying down like this. I'm consuming as much light food as I can. There are plenty of vegetarian salads and just paya soup for non-vegetarians. I am permitted to perform specific exercises and movements. I'm making an effort to get plenty of sunlight.

Ranveer acknowledges that he is not accustomed to receiving attention. "I find it really challenging since I'm not used to it. I've always been that guy who mostly lives apart from family, takes care of himself, and follows his own schedule. However, being somewhat dependant isn't always the best feeling. You are unable to move and are dependant.

Therefore, it took some time to get used to that. A lot of times we just take these things for granted. We simply presume that it should fall on the same day. That made the first two weeks a little annoying as well," he recalls, adding, "I'm eager to start cooking again."
