On Monday, July 8, 2024, the prices of gold and silver decreased on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX).
On the MCX, gold futures maturing on August 5, 2024, were trading at Rs 72,980 per 10 kilos after slightly declining by Rs 71, or 0.10 percent. At Rs 73,051, the previous closure was noted.
Likewise, on September 5, 2024, maturing silver futures saw a decline of Rs 142, or 0.15 percent, and were trading at Rs 93,412 per kg on the MCX compared to the previous close of Rs 93,554.
