Members of Parliament are getting ready for heated debates on important topics when they reassemble on Monday. They will probably talk about the NEET paper leak problem and the jobless crisis, among other things.

The opposition wants to have contentious discussions on a number of topics when Parliament reconvenes on Monday, July 1. These topics include inflation, the Agnipath program, and the continuing NEET paper leak controversy. They're sure to stir up uproar over the paper leak as well as unemployment.

Anurag Thakur will start the Motion of Thanks discussion.

While in the Lok Sabha, first-term member Bansuri Swaraj will second the Motion of Thanks to the President's Address, which will be started by BJP member and former Union Minister Anurag Thakur. The prime minister is scheduled to respond on Wednesday during the 21-hour debate in the Rajya Sabha. The debate, which is scheduled to end on Tuesday with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's response, has been allotted 16 hours by the Lok Sabha.

The NEET-UG paper leak controversy dominated the legislative session.

It is important to remember that protests regarding the NEET problem have shook the Parliament in the meantime. The NTA held the NEET-UG exam on May 5 and almost 24 lakh aspirants showed up. The results were declared on June 4, however, there has been a great deal of controversy around claims of question paper leaks in areas like Bihar and other irregularities.

To give special attention to the NEET issue, the opposition members of the INDIA group forced an adjournment of the Lok Sabha on Friday during the House's consideration of the Motion of Thanks to the President's Address. There were loud demonstrations outside the Rajya Sabha as well, with the opposition demanding a debate on the NEET controversy. Mallikarjun Kharge, the leader of the opposition, joined other lawmakers in the House Well during the demonstration.

However, Phulo Devi Netam, a Congress member from Chhattisgarh, passed out during the sloganeering in the Rajya Sabha, perhaps from high blood pressure. Her journey to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital was quick. The government came under fire from opposition members for failing to suspend House sessions and for not expressing any concern for the well-being of a Rajya Sabha member.
