Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan will receive the coveted Pardo alla Carriera Ascona-Locarno Tourism, the festival's career accomplishment award, at the 77th edition of the Locarno Film Festival.

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, who is referred to as "King Khan" in India, has added another achievement to his resume. The actor will be awarded the coveted Pardo alla Carriera Ascona-Locarno Tourism on Saturday, August 10 at Piazza Grande during the 77th Locarno Film Festival. During the Festival, a pivotal film in Khan's career, Devdas (Sanjay Leela Bhansali, 2002), will be screened. On Sunday, August 11, SRK will participate in a public conversation at the Forum Spazio Cinema.
