Richa Chadha posted a lengthy message on Instagram expressing her joy after her debut film, Grand Jury Prize for Best Feature at the esteemed Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles. Check out the post that follows.

Girls Will Be Girls, Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal's first production, won the Grand Jury Prize for Best Feature at the esteemed Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles 2024. Richa posted a picture of the movie and a long remark on her Instagram account. The note says, "I would like to thank the team of 'Girls Will Be Girls' before the day ends. This film is a gift that keeps on giving!" We'll always be happy with it! Our modest short took home the Grand Jury Prize at the @indianfilmfestival, following an incredible run at the Transylvania International Short Festival (@transilvaniafilm), where we were awarded the Grand Jury Prize, and the Biarritz Film Festival in France!

I wish we could go somewhere, but as you are aware, I'm bringing in some home production with @alifazal9.

She also mentioned the film's impending release in India in her post, saying, "We want to bring this great film to India very soon. After all, it is an Indian film, and we want our people to see it and hear the amazing track that @snekhanwalkar has made! Please identify yourself because I don't have everyone's tags. It is yours to win!

We want to tell stories that touch people, introduce India to the globe, and explore the human condition here at Pushing Buttons Studios! I adore my friend Shuchi Talati; she is a living legend! As you can see, I adore @preetiwooman! She had a ground-breaking performance at Sundance that earned her a special award, and she has a bright future ahead of her! Speaking of which, I am jealous of @kantari_kanmani, the actor who starred in both our movie and the Grand Prix-winning #ALLWeImagineAsLight! You're having an amazing year, my lovely, wonderful friend! The exceptional @kesav.b, @jitin0804, and @devikashahani will capture your heart. We appreciate you unearthing these jewels, @dilipkhussro,'' she continued.
